1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kings IPTV website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Official Domain & Brand Protection

Please be aware that kingsiptv.io is our only official and original domain. There are unauthorized clone websites using our brand name with different domain extensions (such as .net or .com). We are strictly not affiliated with these websites. We hold no responsibility for any purchases, account suspensions, or financial losses incurred if you buy a subscription from any site other than kingsiptv.io.

3. Usage Policy & Restrictions

To ensure the best quality for all our customers, we enforce strict usage rules:

• No Account Sharing: Your subscription is limited to the number of connections you purchased. Sharing your credentials with others will result in an automatic system ban.
• No Restreaming: Re-broadcasting, restreaming, or attempting to extract our stream links for public or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• VPN Usage: We recommend using a VPN if your ISP throttles IPTV traffic, but abusive VPN routing intended to bypass connection limits is not allowed.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide a 99.9% server uptime. However, due to the nature of IPTV, occasional maintenance, ISP routing issues, or unexpected technical difficulties may cause temporary disruptions. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes until their renewal date. We do not automatically charge your card; all renewals must be initiated manually by the user.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service (such as credential sharing, chargeback fraud, or abusive behavior towards our support team).
