1. General Refund Policy

At Kings IPTV, we want to ensure you have a great streaming experience. We offer a conditional 7-day money-back guarantee for users who face unresolvable technical issues on our server's end. However, certain strict conditions apply based on how you purchased your subscription.

2. Purchases After a Free Trial (No Refunds)

We provide a 24-hour free trial precisely so you can test our channels, VODs, and server stability before committing. If you use the free trial and subsequently purchase a subscription, it means you were satisfied with the service. Therefore, any subscription purchased after a free trial is strictly non-refundable.

3. Direct Purchases & Transaction Fees

If you purchase a subscription directly (without requesting a prior free trial) and face technical issues that our support team cannot fix within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a refund. Please note: Payment gateways charge non-refundable transaction fees. Any approved refund will be issued minus these processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds for the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind or found another provider.
  • You provided an incorrect MAC address for MAG devices and did not ask for a correction.
  • Your internet speed does not meet the minimum requirement of 15 Mbps, or your ISP is blocking IPTV services.
  • You are unable to set up the service due to a lack of technical knowledge, despite our setup guides and support.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact us via our Contact Page or WhatsApp. Include your order details and the exact technical issue. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your payment method.
